AgriLabs offers financial support due to wildfire tragedies
Posted on March 16, 2017
Wednesday, March 16, 2017 - AgriLabs has announced their plan to offer in excess of $10,000 of financial support to those affected by the recent tragedies caused by the wildfires in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. AgriLabs will donate $2,500 to each the Kansas Livestock Association, Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association and Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
“Our emotions are heavy with grief and we felt the need to extend our hands to aid with the devastation our customers and fellow cattle producers are experiencing. Today we take a step back from the day to day animal health business and focus on assisting our mournful American cattle ranchers and their herds” said Sean O’Hare, Executive Vice President at AgriLabs. “With these donations, AgriLabs is doing a small part to help our colleagues through these trying times.”
In addition to a monetary donation AgriLabs will supply a care package to Ashland Veterinary Center in Ashland, KS, including free product to help with the high demand of treatment in the face of this hardship. We hope that by extending some financial relief, these cattle producers and their families, after some time of healing, can begin to rebuild their future.
AgriLabs also wants to send an immense thank you to the fire fighters and first aid responders for your effort in containing the wild fires and supporting the immediate needs to those who have been affected.
We charge all those reading this to keep your thoughts and prayers directed towards this region of the country. Spring rain could potentially contribute to continued relief efforts to contain the wildfires.
